Hello friends! In my final video for 2021, I asked myself the question… was doing a weekly video for YouTube worth the effort? It is definitely a grind… but I share three reasons why it was worth it.
I have dozens of videos with LinkedIn tips and techniques that I can share during the sales process. I’ve gotten feedback often that the videos did a good job of portraying what training would be like. And that it was impressive I had created so many resources. I also shared time consuming how to videos after LinkedIn classes so that we didn’t have to spend a bunch of time during training walking through lots of steps to do certain things. These have become incredibly valuable tools for follow up!
One of the main reasons I am doing these videos is to help you. From marketing to technical tips to brain food, I am trying to teach you things and make you think. Often, my ideas come from YOU! So it is always fun when I can put your picture up during one of my videos and thank you for the inspiration for the topic for that week.
Whether you are telling your stories through blogging every week, or doing a video every week, the reasons are the same. You want to look like a successful, active, growing company that is fun to work for. By sharing a story every week, you stay top of mind with referral partners, remind clients why they are doing business with you, and entice people to want to work for you. And my weekly YouTube video definitely ticks all those boxes.
And that’s a wrap! Thank you so much for being with me on my YouTube journey this year. I hope you will stick around for more! Have a safe and happy New Year celebration… See you in 2022!
