Hi there! The inspiration for my marketing related video this week comes from two of my recent LinkedIn training sessions. Quite a few people on both teams that I was training had not spent much time playing around with the search functionality in LinkedIn. And some weren’t sure how to even start a LinkedIn search (because it wasn’t obvious for some people.)
Even if you are a LinkedIn master, it would be worth your time to go through and look at all of the search filters available for each type of search (People, Companies, Posts, etc.) There might be some filters you weren’t aware of. For example, when Microsoft bought LinkedIn a few years ago, they moved a bunch of paid account search filters over to LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You couldn’t access them any more, even with a paid LinkedIn account. One of those features was searching by company size. But when I was recording this video, I realized the company size filter is back!
In this video, I walk you through three types of LinkedIn searches and give you a couple of examples of why you might want to be doing searches on LinkedIn as part of your regular sales and relationship efforts. Please let me know if this one resonates with you. Thanks for watching!
